Welcome to the official web site of the Prudence Island Water District. The district was created by the Rhode Island General Assembly in April of 2004 for the purpose of providing Prudence Islanders with a publicly administered water system. We hope that this web site will help us to keep all of our residents informed of district goals and projects. Please visit us often to stay up to date on water issues that effect our community.

The column to the right gives you a quick rundown of the latest district news and upcoming events. This web site also provides an online survey to help address your concerns about water on Prudence Island. We have many challenges to meet, and we need your ideas and opinions to help us with our strategic planning, so feel free to jump in!
